When will I receive my order?

If you have chosen a non-timed delivery, the expected delivery time may be affected by several factors. In all cases, the product will indicate when it is expected to be delivered - whether you have ordered a home delivery or a cash on delivery.
Delivery is usually within 3-5 working days. Once we have delivered your product(s) to the courier, we will inform you by email and SMS. On the day of delivery, prior to the delivery, the courier service is expected to send you a text message to the phone number you provided when you placed your order.

Where can I check the status of my delivery?

In most cases, the parcel number will also be indicated, where you can check the status of your parcel on the courier's own website.

What should I do if my parcel is late?

In this case, please check your phone and e-mail address, sometimes there are delays and we will send you a notification. Also, please check the tracking, because the courier may already have the parcel.
If you click on the parcel number and see that the courier already has it, you can contact them for delivery details.
If the expected delivery time has already passed but you do not see a parcel number, please contact our customer service team so that we can check

Problems or questions about the delivery fee

I only received part of my order

If you have ordered more than one product, some products may arrive at different times on different days. In order to provide you with a quick service, as soon as we have packed one of your products, we will dispatch it as soon as possible, so they may arrive separately, but don't worry, the others will arrive too!

Package check on receipt - in the presence of the courier

You should only take delivery of the products we sell after you have checked that the products you have ordered have been delivered and are all in undamaged condition.
